Pre-care Instructions for Semi-Permanent Makeup
Please make sure you read and follow the following instructions to assure the best results for your semi-permanent makeup procedure:
Refrain from ALL alcohol, aspirin, or aspirin products, such as blood thinners.
Refrain from lbuprofen and Aleve for 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Please also refrain from Vitamin E and fish oil capsules for 7 days prior to your appointment.
All of these products can make you bleed excessively. Excessive bleeding during the procedure will negatively affect the longevity of your semi-permanent makeup application. In some cases, the application will need to prematurely stop due to excessive bleeding.
The only product for aches and pains that will not make you bleed excessively is Tylenol.
Lastly, please avoid any energy drinks and coffees for up to 12 hours prior to your appointment. Not having caffeine in your system will help you to relax more easily, as well as help to relax the facial muscles in the area we will be working on.
EYEBROW
Bring with you your most favorite eyebrow pencil/powder color to the appointment.
Post-Care Instructions for Semi-Permanent Makeup
Please make sure you read the following instructions to assure the best result!
FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS MAY RESULT IN LOSS OF PIGMENTS!!!
For at least two (2) weeks, minimize exposure to the sun, discourage swimming, sauna or facials
You must wear a hat if you will be exposed to the sun during the healing process.
No tinting or make-up on the tattooed area.
Do not exercise for the first 7 days. No heavy sweating.
Avoid face area when showering.
Do not use any Retin-A, Glycolic Acids, Peroxide, Neosporin during the healing process.
Do not scrub or pick the tattooed area.
Use sterile bandage(s) or other sterile dressing(s) when necessary
The client shall consult a health care practitioner at the first sign of infection or an allergic reaction, and report any diagnosed infection, allergic reaction, or adverse reaction resulting from the tattoo to the artist and to the Texas Department of State Health Services, Drugs and Medical Devices Group, at 1-888-836-6676

Post care instructions:
DAY 1:
Keep the tattooed area dry for 24 hours.
DAY 2-7:
Three (3) times a day – cleanse the tattooed area with moist round cottons, then apply provided Healing Tattoo Ointment.
